What we collect
Your name and email when you join as a paying member, plus billing details handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We also keep your account activity and which member offers you view or click.
Why we collect it
To run your membership, take payment, tell you about new member rates and your account, prevent fraud, and decide which partners to chase next.
Partner links
When you click through to a partner, you land on that brand’s site and their own privacy policy applies there. If a brand pays us a commission or referral payout, we pass the full amount on to the member who made the purchase. We never receive your card details from any brand.
Your choices and rights
Email hello@usethrivewell.com to access, correct or delete your data and we’ll do it. Every marketing email unsubscribes in one click. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states have specific privacy rights; we honor those requests from everyone, wherever you live.
How long we keep it
While your membership is active, and for 24 months after, then we delete or anonymize it.
Children
Thrivewell is not for anyone under 18 and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We’ll post updates here and email members about anything material.
