What Thrivewell is, and is not
Thrivewell is a paid membership that gives you access to member rates offered by other companies. Those companies set and honor the rates; we negotiate them and publish them to members. Brand, exact rate, and the date it went live.
Some member benefits are rates the partner brand honors at its own checkout. Others are member rebates: the partner pays a referral or affiliate payout on qualifying purchases, and we pass the full payout through to you as a rebate or credit. We keep no portion of it. Each benefit in the member catalog is labeled rate or rebate, with the date it went live.
Membership and eligibility
You need to be 18 or older and living in the United States. Keep your account details accurate and your login to yourself.
Fees, billing and automatic renewal
Membership is billed once a year, in advance, through our payment processor. Your membership renews automatically each year at the then-current rate for your plan unless you cancel before the renewal date. We email you a reminder at least 7 days before every renewal with the amount and the date.
Founding members keep the founding rate for as long as the membership stays continuously active.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account page. No phone call, no email, no retention offer. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end the term you already paid for, except under the refunds below.
Refunds
Full refund within 30 days of any charge, for any reason. Cancel from your account page or email us.
The member rates
Partners, rates and terms change over time. We do not guarantee that any particular brand or rate stays available. Some rates are negotiated for members and some are public offers we curated. Each listing says which, and every listing shows the date it went live. Every purchase is subject to the brand’s own terms.
Rebates and payouts
Where a benefit is a rebate, the amount equals the full partner payout attributable to your qualifying purchase, minus nothing. We credit rebates after we receive the partner’s payout, which typically takes 30-90 days depending on the partner’s program schedule. Returned, canceled, or refunded purchases do not qualify, and any credited rebate on such a purchase may be reversed. Rebates are not interest-bearing, have no cash value outside your member account unless we say otherwise, and are paid out by the method we offer at the time. We will always tell you the rebate amount and its status. If a partner program ends, we remain obligated to pass through any payout we actually receive on your qualifying purchase.
How we make money
One way: membership fees. If a partner pays us a commission or referral payout on something you buy, we pass the full amount on to you as a member rebate or credit. We keep none of it. Our only revenue is the membership fee, so your price never changes because we got paid.
Using your membership
Codes and member links are for you. Don’t post them publicly, resell them, or share your account. We can suspend an account for that.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for a brand’s products, fulfillment, or claims, and nothing here is medical advice. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll email members at least 14 days before a material change takes effect, and a price change never applies to a term you already paid for.

Idaho law governs these terms.
